Look at this luxury home we’re building!

We recently introduced one of the two homes under construction at 18714 Medley Way in The Reserve at Brightwell Crossing. Because there’s so much to share about these gorgeous residences in Poolesville, MD, we couldn’t fit it all into one article. Now we’re turning our attention to another Kettler Forlines Homes beauty. Look at this luxury home we’re building at  19413 Cissel Manor Drive!

There’s so much to say about each of these homes that we’re going to tackle it one at a time. Here’s a peek into what we’re planning on one of them.

19413 Cissel Manor Drive, Poolesville, MD

4,150 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 3-car garage

We chose the popular Kensington floor plan for a half-acre lot at The Reserve at Brightwell Crossing. The curb appeal of this modernized traditional home design blends beautifully with the neighborhood’s manor homes.

If you’re looking for a home that comfortably accommodates your multigenerational household, this one is made for you. The Kensington floor plan has:

  • One bedroom with a full bath on the main level
  • The owner’s suite plus 2 bedrooms and a junior suite upstairs
  • A guest suite on and a possible 6th bedroom on the finished lower level

If sharing a bathroom is a point of contention in your family, you can cross that off your list with this home!

The main floor

Let’s take a closer look at the main floor of the home being built at 19413 Cissel Manor Drive. From the covered front porch, the entry opens to a welcoming foyer, separated from the formal dining room by a half-wall and columns. Follow the gleaming wood floors to the openness of the main living area.

Once inside the wide open space, take in the vastness of the grand family room and the inviting appeal of the chef’s kitchen. The large center island includes the sink and dishwasher for prep and clean-up, while also providing seating for 4 or more people. We chose the quality and style of Timberlake wood cabinets, and combined them with the natural beauty and easy care of quartz countertops. The ENERGY STAR-certified appliances are equally superior: a Viking gas cooktop, dual wall ovens, and Whirlpool stainless steel French door refrigerator.

The back corner of this Kensington home has a very private guest suite. With this location away from the hub of the home, the space could also be an ideal home office.

The second floor

The second-floor owner’s suite reflects the elegance of a true suite. Enter through double doors open to a grand bedroom with a sitting room, a welcome retreat where you can escape for your quiet time. We’ve designed the suite with dual, oversized, walk-in closets, customized with wooden shelves. The ensuite bathroom presents dual vanities, private toilet room, and a large, frameless glass shower finished with a bench.

The laundry room, complete with sink and cabinets, is smartly situated in the center of the second floor. With this easy access, there are no excuses for not pitching in!

The lower level

The lower level of the Kensington under construction at 19413 Cissel Manor Drive is fully finished and as detailed as the rest of the home. The center of the area is a recreation room. It’s so large that you could treat this like the open floor plan on the main floor. Create purposeful nooks, like a game center, homework station, and library. The walk-in closet there provides valuable storage.

On opposite corners of the finished basement, we included separate rooms, each with a walk-in closet. There’s also a full bath, so this level can become its own living space for the multi-generational household.

This stunning estate home is priced at $1,068,600.

You deserve The Reserve

The Reserve at Brightwell Crossing is a Kettler Forlines Homes community in Poolesville. Residents love this neighborhood’s friendliness, large yards, and convenient location. Families with school-aged children choose Poolesville to give their children the benefit of an exceptional education, including nationally ranked Poolesville High School.

We designed Brightwell Crossing to give people a lifestyle, not just an address. Over the years, that commitment has remained strong. Every Kettler Forlines Home is ENERGY STAR-certified (currently up to version 3.1) and Indoor airPLUS certified. The requirements to earn each of these designations require extensive effort, but we believe our homebuyers are worth it.

Our homes also include Smart Home Plus, a complete smart home automation package as a standard feature. When you move in, you already have a Wi-Fi-enabled thermostat, video doorbell, front door lock, and garage door openers. You’ll have the structured wiring done to your specifications because we include a consultation with our New Home Technology Specialist who will help you map out where you need wiring to support your tech needs.

The next step is yours

If you’ve been looking for a home in the past year, you know that choices have become more limited. We are building at The Reserve at Brightwell Crossing to give homebuyers lasting quality and value. If you’re interested in this home or the one at 18714 Medley Way that’s also under construction, please contact George Neill.
