It’s a place where you can safely browse all your options for the homesite, floor plan, details, and even choosing the right builder for your new home. With more homebuyers now relying on virtual homebuying opportunities, we decided to do a makeover on our online resources. Check out the new Kettler Forlines Homes website!

We took a very close look at every single page. We surveyed our team members and our homebuyers. How can we make this more user-friendly? What else do our interested customers need to find on our site?

We gathered up our notes and brought them to our web developer, Builder Designs, a company that specializes in building sites specifically for homebuilders. Go to the experts, right?

Brightwell Crossing and Kettler Forlines Homes are together. We’ve always had a separate website for our Poolesville, MD, community, The Reserve at Brightwell Crossing. With this new website launch, you’ll find all of our offerings under one virtual roof! You can browse the homesites, floor plans, move-in ready homes, and information about Brightwell Crossing and the Town of Poolesville, with a quick click.

On the same site, you can also explore everything Kettler Forlines Homes offers homeowners and homebuyers. For example, are you thinking you want to build a home on your land? Click here to find out about your options and the building process.

Kettler Forlines Homes also designs, builds, and renovates homes. We’ve been building and remodeling homes through suburban Maryland and northern Virginia for more than 40 years. Put this knowledge and experience to work for you to get the home of your dreams.

Virtual tours are now available. When you want to wander around a home to get the feel for it, a virtual home tour is the next-best thing to being there. Click on the “Virtual Tour” link on a floor plan on our website and a “dollhouse” image comes up on your screen. Use your arrow keys to move around the home. With a virtual home tour, you have the experience of walking through the entire home. Go in a room, pull back for a broader view, or zoom in on a detail.

Interactive floor plans let you customize your home. Every home design we offer now has an interactive floor plan. Click on the link for the home you’re interested in and then go to “Interactive Floor Plan”. From there, you can choose the elevation you like. Then scroll through the options to make changes on each level, like including a sunroom, adding windows, expanding the owner’s suite, enlarging the garage, changing the bathroom, and finishing the basement. With each option you choose, you can see how the floor plan changes.

See top-quality videos and photos. We want you to get a good look at our award-winning homes. We’ve refreshed our images in this new Kettler Forlines Homes website. Browse our Media Gallery’s professionally created photography and watch videos that give you an inside look, with everything from a grand view to a close-up detail shot. 

Our Photo Gallery is organized by exterior and individual interior spaces. So, if you just want to look at kitchens, for example, you can pare down the photos to view. 

In the Video Gallery, you can watch and hear our homeowners talk about their experience buying a home from Kettler Forlines Homes.
